Thank you for shopping at Buster League. 

All orders are shipped from Copenhagen, Denmark within three business days of order creation.

Shipping rates and delivery times are as follows:

EU (Excluding UK and Norway)	299 DKK	2-3 days
Rest of World	299 DKK	3-5 days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and carrier.

Tracking details will be provided once your order has been sent.

 

Duties & Taxes

Orders within Denmark and the EU are delivered without additional customs duties or import taxes.

Please note that customers outside the EU, including Norway and UK, may have difficulties regarding the laws on import duties and taxes. These duties and taxes are charged once the order reaches the country of delivery. It is important to know, that these charges are the customers responsibility and that Buster League has no control over the charges the customer might face after checkout at www.busterleague.com.

 

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

At this time, exchanges are not offered. If you would like a different size or style, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item.

Items should be returned new and unused, with hang-tags still attached. Returns that are damaged may not be accepted. 

For returns please send us an email to info@busterleague.com stating the order number, product you would like to return and customer name. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please note that items remain your responsibility until they are received. Make sure to wrap the items securely upon returning, to avoid damage while they are in transit. We do not accept responsibility for items lost in transit when returned, so we recommend you keep a receipt with a tracking number as proof that the package was in fact sent.
