These Terms & Conditions govern your use of www.busterleague.com and any purchases made through our store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Prices & Payment All prices are displayed in DKK and include Danish VAT (25% moms) where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment is processed securely at checkout.

2. Orders By placing an order you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in the case of pricing errors or stock issues. You will be notified by email if your order is cancelled.

3. Shipping Orders are shipped from Copenhagen, Denmark within 1–2 business days. Shipping rates are as follows:

  • Denmark: 60 DKK (1–3 business days)
  • EU: 299 DKK (2–3 business days)
  • Rest of World: 299 DKK (3–5 business days)

4. Duties & Import Taxes Orders within Denmark and the EU are delivered without additional customs duties. Customers outside the EU — including Norway and the UK — may be subject to import duties and taxes upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Buster League has no control over these charges.

5. Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery in accordance with Danish consumer law (fortrydelsesret). Items must be returned unused and in original condition with hang-tags attached. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. To initiate a return, contact us at info@busterleague.com with your order number, product, and name.

6. Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order for the desired product.

7. Liability Buster League is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for packages lost in transit on return shipments.

8. Privacy Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law These terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Danish courts.
